Hey Guys & Gals. Just joined the site. We're in the middle of getting our mobile bbq trailer up & running. I know it's late in the summer, but you know how it is when both husband & son are busy with regular jobs & trying to get the trailer built in their spare time. Anyhow, almost there. Have the approval of local DEC. I broke the bank & purchased the Ole Hickory Convecture tri-oven. I wanted something dependable, able to hold the temps, & that I could put inside a trailer. It is nice! Plan on running it myself with help from daughter-in-law unless guys are around. Hope to post some pictures soon. Can't tell you all thanks enough for all the posts I've already read. Really helps! Great advise for newbies. Thanks again!

my wife & I just started a roadside spot in may. it's a lot of work but it's worth it! look forward to hearing about your adventures.
