Not sure if you have and Academy Sports and Outdoors near you but they sell a water pan that fits. I never put water in the water pan of mine. I you do not plan on putting water in it a nice replacement is one of those terra cotta pot bases that can be picked up and any home and garden store or even Wal Mart.

Heck of a buy, I'm sure you can call weber direct and just order it for next to nothing. They might even send it free or have some way to warranty it. I know they have a 10 year plan on them.

I bought a Gensis direct form Lowes that was half priced because someone had stole the grate out of it. Other than that it was brand new and perfect. I actually just bought a replacement grate for a brinkman or chargrill and it fight perfectly. Like others have said I know i've seen replacement parts and pans at lowes, home depot, ace, truevalue, etc.

x2 on the terra cotta pot base. If you go that route, foil it.
Easy to find for the 18". I think it was about $5 at Lowes last year.
I bought a mine Ser# EZ a couple years ago and paid $50
Now I just wish I could find one for the 22".
Heck of a deal on the WSM. Congrats, you will love it.

To put this in its correct context, this is not my phone number, it's Weber's replacement parts office number!

They are good to great with their customer service.
