I was looking for something to do with cheap meat and came up with these. Sirloin steak was on sale for $2.99/ lbs. The grade is Canadian AA or USDA Select.

The marinade was oil, lemon, soy, honey, mirin, worcestershire, hot sauce and homemade steak spice (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, herbs, chillies ect...)

I mixed all the ingredients together and then started drinking the marinade. After downing 4 ounces I separated the beef and veggies into two bowls and covered them with the sauce and refrigerated it over night.

Nicely done dude!
My wife keeps wondering when I will do kebobs.
Now I feel a little more motivated.
Thanks for sharing mactoo!

Oh boy, do those ever look great!

I'm planning on making some shrimp kebobs this weekend. I might just have to go get me a sirloin and try those out too.
