side dish portion size

sorry if this has been covered before i was wondering what is the standard size for different vandors for sides like beans, cole slaw, etc.

i was plannig on using 4oz portion cups but i could only find 2oz and 8 oz at sams

we do a 6 ounce side of beans in our meals, either in the 3 comp meal tray or a 6 ounce cup/bowl

I get mine through my wholesaler. (Springfield Grocers)
4 oz Squat Portion Cups
Dart 4J6 Cups, 1000 per case and about $23.00
Dart 6JL Lids, 1000 per case and about $14.00
You can get either vented (6JL) or non-vented (6JLNV) lids.

at our stand we do 4oz sides, right on the plate or in box, except for spicy beans which we use a paper boat for.

when catering with multiple sides we do 3oz.
