I was originally feeding 4-5
i have on hand up here (3.5hrs from home)
a weber
a medium old smokey
and a modded brinkmann gourmet
the gourmet will be cooking 3 racks of ribs
the weber is pumping out cast iron items and the old smokey is making abts, heart attacks and corn on the cob.

5 more ppl just heard I'm smoking and invited themselves.

make my first fatty?
cook 10 lbs of leg quarters?
I'm in a pinch

I think the chicken is your best play with the time you have left. Roast them indirect with a little wood for flavor. Have 'em done in less than an hour.

I'm off to kroger to inspect thier ribs. i hate getting ribs from anything but a meat market.
the cook is tomorow.
If I can get 2 more racks of ribs, a large pkg of legs and bump up my sides, I'm good
I love a challenge!! this is fun
