Anybody have any pics or ideas how I can secure my fryer in the trailer?
It's a full size stand up unit, with four legs.
I'm thinking of bolting it to the floor somehow?
How do the concession trailer manufacturers do it?
I seem to be having a brain phart , would appreciate your help. _________________ From vending to Brick & Mortar

I don't know on that Ranger.
Mine is a portable, outside use cooker.
I just strap mine in after I drain and filter it into 5 gallon steel buckets with a lid.
Angle brackets maybe?
Looking forward to some more input. _________________ Gunny 3073/4044/8411

I thought of the angle brackets as well.
Some way to easily bolt it to the wall is another option.
Either way I'd make sure it can be easily disconnected for cleaning/maintenance.
The removal thing would also be nice if you vend a large event and can use it outside for huge quantities of fried foods. _________________ BBQMAN

I've welded a plate on the bottom of ea leg with four holes so's I can use bolts to attach thru the floor and a bracket at the back attached to the wall. There'll be enough acess for cleaning around the back etc, but will be a tad tight.
I'll post a pic when I get it done.
Thanks for the advice all.
Jess-I like the idea of the snap dwn cleats, never seen them before, I'll have to find some. _________________ From vending to Brick & Mortar |

Great looking install!
You may find that the ATP backsplash is a bit hard to wipe down.
Greased Lightning works wonders. _________________ BBQMAN

Tks, Yeah, I hear ya, but I couldn't get any more ss, so I had to go with the checker plate @ $300 a sheet . I can see a lot of cleaning in the future! _________________ From vending to Brick & Mortar |

Thanks, The black cable around the top is a lock.
I had to offset the bottles a little due to the battery for the trailer brakes being on one side, I could of repositioned the batt box, but I was getting restless.. _________________ From vending to Brick & Mortar

Poor lil guy, I threw him some food and he took it and ran...
Bears are always a concern cause you know how a Lang holds onto that smoked porky goodness. _________________ From vending to Brick & Mortar |
