I had a shipment of Humphrey charcoal arrive this last week, I noticed the graphics on the bag had changed and thought nothing more than a new design. Then I opened the bag and noticed much larger pieces than I had seen from the last 2 pallets that we burned.

The latest stuff had mostly 4" diameter pieces of limbs instead of unidentifiable chunks, and it burned a whole heck of a bunch hotter than I am used to seeing from Humphrey. It was burning so hot I had to stuff a towel between my chef's coat and my belly to keep from getting burned while working the grill.
I look forward to getting more of the stuff. If I find the time, I'll post some pics of the differences since I have both new and old bags of the stuff yet.
