Just wondering how you guys made out last weekend.

We had a good one here, did almost $1200 in sales over fri-sat-sun-mon. The biggest surprise was that monday was actually our slowest day, sat & sun were very busy. As a surprise bonus we got 2 requests for catering jobs, one for 40 people and another for 100. Shaping up to be a good summer!

We vended this rock fest over the weekend.

http://www.iarocfest.com/

It was rainy the entire weekend and I'm pretty sure the promoters lost their butts do to low head count, but we made out ok. Sure hope they had event insurance, because we'd like to do it again next year. There were only two other venders that showed up, one selling hot dogs and walking tacos and another selling chicken, egg rolls, and funnel cakes. The dog and taco man left after the first day, which was a screw up on his part, as it kept getting slowly better as the fest went on. His pulling up stakes helped me though.
We have no plans for retiring on what we took in, but we have no plans for retiring yet anyway. Smile
I feel like we were the only ones to make decent money out of the whole shabang. Smile

My head is still hearing the thumping of the base and the crankin' lead guitars.

It was great!

I catered an event Friday night, then took the rest of the weekend off! Cool

My vending season is over.

Glad to hear you guys did well. Very Happy
