That is one great looking unit. Congrats on a job well done.
I hope to get mine finished before long. Originally planned on this weekend. That was pushing it, so it will be ready for the 1st of July.
Good luck and keep us posted with plenty of pics too. _________________ Gunny 3073/4044/8411

trailer looks great, did you build it our buy it?
I would love to get something like that, but my smokers are already on a trailer, and I only have one two vehicle, so need to get something combined, with a porch!

I do too... please tell me what the brand is. Is it electric or LP?
What are the inside dimensions of the trailer? |

It just looks like three $100.00 electric warmers. _________________ Kurt

My niece Loren has the same labels at their restaurants, she ordered and them for me from;
http://www.mavericklabel.com/products/value-line-sticker-quoter.php
I thought they were pretty cheap 200 of each label for $120 including shipping. They came in a couple days. |

Hold you cards we have a bingo...$87 from equippers.com
The inside trailer dimensions are 6'5"X11'7" I had planed a refrigerator in the front of the trailer but it's to much tongue weight. Here is a link to the build.

Pete I have no idea. I bought 99% of the build at Lowe's, they have a program that estimates the weigh. The weight came to 1980#. It's a lot heavier then that epically the tung weight. I only pull it 2 miles each week so it's not to bad. I may move the gray water tank to the back next winter too lighten up the tung weight |

I was talking about the table the the warmers are sitting on I really like the way it was done, simple, right height, compact. You have any other photos of the framing for that table/counter? _________________ Good BBQ is all smoke and beers!

No, I don't have any picks of that side.
What I did was build a 2X6 'ladder' for the floor to keep product 6"off floor covered with FRP's (cut out from door).
Then I built a face frame out of 5/4 with a 8" piece on bottom for a ledge. Left side is 24" for bun box then the 64" "steam area" the rest is counter.
I'm only using 2 of the warmers right now, on the far left is the cold area. I'm using a round 18qt food storage container filled with ice and water with a SS on mixing bowl on top. The mixing bowl is something I stoled from our kitchen. It works great but I'm looking for something different for the future.
I'll try to take some pictures in the future. |

Hey man that trailer build looks great! I'm in the process of doing one myself on a Lang 84 Tandem trailer. I can't decide on what size water tanks to get. Where did you get yours ? Do you use enough water to need a 40 gallon tank, or could you get by with smaller one? I am gonna need all the extra space I can get. Also what kind of water pump are you using?
Is it AC or DC? I think I have the same window you have. Thanks for any info. |

I have a 40?gal waste tank and 35 gal fresh water. If you can dump each day, no you don't probally need that big of a tank.
I have a dc pump because that was availabe at the time I wish I had an ac pump.I also want to put a pressure tank in soon.
There's a guy on flea bay that sells them new,I think mine was 30-40.00 ea.combined shipping.fast shipping.and lowest price on there. _________________ Good BBQ is all smoke and beers!

After thought.
Vent your grey water tank outside your trailer. Down through the floor was easiest for me. Mine was venting a bad smell under my counter. It also helps to pour a little bleach down the drain from time to time, to help keep the uglies from growing in your tank. _________________ Tender - Juicy - Smoky - Goodness
