Nice looking spread jeepdad. I could care less about the pools though. Other than the obvious, Memorial Day means it's river floating season. Time to charge up the cooler stereo, grab some Lonestars, dig up the Elvis sunglasses and go freeze my a$$ off on the Guadalupe.

Canadian Bacon, thanks Bro. I really like Perdomos. The brisket was very tender and juicy. Hope all is well.

TrailerBuilder thanks very much and you enjoy your weekend too!

jbleezy Yep can't forget them.

Dr Obvious they hit the spot especially sittin on ice that long man oh man!

Toga I didn't hear any complaints not even from the kiddos!

Mojo Risin' the float sounds like a blast we used to float the Green River in North Carolina with a cooler tied on an inner tube. What a blast!

whitey been thinking of you catfish I hope all is well and you can catch a break to enjoy some longnecks and smoked meat. Please do give me a yell when you're back in country.

Chef Thanks Bro!

So this morning I took a little leftover brisket.

Heated it a little.

Buttered toast.

Brisket added to the buttered toast.

Egg added.

Habanero salsa added.

Topped off with another buttered toast.

With grits of course! It was very flavorful and dang tasty!

Grilling burgers and dogs today have some friends coming over. I bought some canned beans added leftover brisket and will doctor it up a little to make them better...maple syrup and molasses comes to mind.

Smells really good!

All right Jeepdad, you can stop with the pictures already.I tapped out after the third set. Fantastic spread(s). Did you happen to weigh yourself before and after the weekend? With that much food you had to of gained a pound or two. I gained 3 pounds this weekend and didn't have nearly that much food. Again great job.
