I've been happy with my Wells Cargo unit purchased two years ago.

I did my own screen enclosure as they didn't have that as an option, and i found that what my local screen company had to offer didn't meet my standards.

If memory serves me there is also a builder here that goes by Extreme BBQ trailers that gets good reviews.

Tom, I don't know your skill set, and you did mention looking for a builder.

But you might consider going the DIY route?

Loneranger and DWD come to mind as examples of nice work taking a cargo trailer and turning it into a vending machine.

Some pics here:

Not sure how all that would turn out with a porch unit though.......................

One of the reasons I suggested the Well's Cargo is you can start with just the basics and then outfit as you want, or go the turn-key route.

Another thing to consider is the porch use- many use a commercial unit, then access it from the inside of trailer unit using a through wall design.

I went the other route as I owned nice equipment and wanted an outdoor cooking platform for it.

Starting from scratch the through wall units are nice and keep the OP out of the heat.

There is a lot of great deals on used stuff out there right now, you might save a bundle if you are willing to search/wait for what you want.

One last suggestion- get a "plan review" done before the purchase so you know the lisensing requirements are met for area.

It would be a shame to spend the $$$$$ and then be told somethings are not right

Also think about the equitment you want to use.if you want to cook inside you will have to have a commeraial vent/hood system,so having the framing installed or the whole system if you want it at the start is cheaper and faster to install if you plan for it.If your planning to vend at fairs get a removable hitch, you pay buy the foot at those events and a hicth makes you no money.but the fees at up quick over a season.which side do you want to vend from?curbside is nice.sliding/pocket door to the porch is a must.I have a pace american and it is very heavy duty built.

I bought the trailer and finished the inside myself.I have it posted in the early days of vending forum.I don't know if they have a porch model, but I would think they could hook you up.
