Friday night - Had some sweet Italian sausage left over, maybe frome some lasagna, in the freezer. Thawed it out for a quick meal considering we were expecting some bad weather. Quick meal, so we fired up the gasser due to the downpour of rain. Sorry, no BGE pics here. Think this is the second time I have used the gasser this year, don't really miss it.
Some prep
Raws
Set up
Getting some shade from the rain
Close ups
And plated
Yeah...that's all I had. I just got done working 11 days in a row and I started hittin the turkey at like 3 so I don't care if the pics are bad or the post is bad, to me it was some good eats and the wifey and I were some happy people. Enjoying a 3 day weekend. Hope all y'all have a good weekend and some good eats. |

Great stuff Griffin. A sausage on a bun is needed once in a while. _________________ WSM 18.5"
