Are there any good websites the sell seasoned wood? I'm having trouble finding a place around me to get some.
Thanks |

Fruita Wood Chunks is who I use. Very reasonable prices and VERY quality service. I have no reservations recommending them. _________________ Guppa D's BBQ

| DoItBest hardware is good to buy inexpensive chunks and pick them up at a local store, so you don't have to pay for shipping. They sell Texas Smoke products, which in my experience, are a decent mid-grade product...maybe not as good as smokinlicious or chiggercreek but definitely much better than Western or that other crap they sell at WalMart. It's pretty good bang-for-your-buck. If I were being really picky, I would go with http://chiggercreekproductsmo.com/, though. |

The first black cherry I ever used was from these guys-

I also see that they're selling something called "Mountain Mesquite" which is apparently some from of locust, locust is in the same Family as mesquite so maybe that's the reasoning. |

I have bought some great Frontier hickory wood from Lowes. I like smokinlicious too, but man, they are pricey.
Best is to find a local source of wood and take advantage of it.
