Wondering about various methods of securing appliances, tables, etc in your trailers/food trucks. I have used misc clamps and brackets, what have you used?
I'm putting in a new unit and I'm reluctant to drill holes in it. A pic or two would be nice.

All of my heavy cooking equipment is bolted to the porch. If I had an inside kitchen the heavy items would be bolted in place there as well.

Inside, everything is secured either behind latched cabinets or to the floor.

My genset rides in the enclosed prep area, but wedged between a corner so it doesn't take off (it's on wheels).

I learned long ago not to travel with anything loose on the counters.

I do have some white wire shelf type baskets/racks that are invaluable for keeping smaller items in place during transport, and close at hand to be grabbed easily when needed in use.

I strap mine down.and everything is in a cupboard or on the floor, before it ends on the floor.I have seen a caged shelf type of thing in some trailers and would like to get one of those. It's like shelfs with wire mesh all around it.
