Hi Everyone,
Planning a party at work and we are thinking pulled pork and coldslaw. Just wondering what the recommended serving is a half pound a person 1 pound? what do you count for kids?. My next question is when you have a full cooker how will it effect your cook time? Also I would if anyone is willing to share any good recipies?
Thanks |

Using cooked weights, a half pound per adult will keep you covered, while a quarter should manage the kiddies.
As for recipes, there's a whole Pork Recipe Forum full of PP recipes, and an Other Recipe Forum for the coleslaw...
