Tonight I grilled up some spicy mango chicken kabobs with bell peppers, mushrooms, purple onion & pineapple. They didn't last long!

man. that looks good!
we did somthing like that a Port Aransas a fews years back, but instead of chicken, I used big shrimp and scallops dusted with Old Bay and some chuck beef steak trimmed of gristle, marinated in a teriyaki/garlic/honey/ginger sop and then brushed everything with zesty Itailian salad dressing.
grilled over hot mesquite coals
yellow and green squash are good too.
cold cervezas and frozen margaritas  |
