I was lazy and wanted some ribs before winter set in again(40's)so I grilled some ribs instead of using the smoker(never tried it that way before) and here is the results.tasted good didn't get the smokey flavor but still good and some of my best looking ribs.

Man those look great. I like to finish mine direct to set some sauce and get a little of that char on them just like those.

Great job DWD.
I hear ya on the weather. Cold and miserable here too, with a 20 mph N wind.

Those ribs look damn tasty daddywoofdaug. Ive done bb on the gasser but never full sides. Just like the smoke flavor too much. BB's during the week, sides on the weekend.

Great looking ribs daddywoofdawg, every so often I like to grill some ribs indirect for about 2 1/2 -3 hours at 350 degrees, then just slide them over a little direct heat to crisp up the edges.....they turn out great and makes for a nice change.
