Cooking my second Butt, 10.5 lbs and threw a rack on just for good measure. Temp settled in at around 270, this is 4 hours in



Ribs are off after 7 hours, Butt is still on sitting at 159 deg



Going on 9 hours and the Butt is stalled at 160, oh well patience.
