We are in Iowa so our prices are slightly lower here than the coast and south. We use a 4 in bun with approx. 4 oz of meat on it. We are able to go to the Sara Lee outlet store and buy 30 bun flats for 4.00 a flat. We sell our sandwich with a 1 oz bag of chips for 5.00 and never have anyone walk away. In the morning we serve breakfast burritos at 3.00 made with saugsage and egg mixture with shredded cheese and salsa as an option on request. Easy to make , serve and hold.

Why sell the breakfast sammies cheaper?

More work, and just as much expense.

I charge the same for both........................

Eggs,sauage,cheese,tortillia,salsa.=3.00
4"bun,4 oz.pulled pork,1oz chips=5.00
Your giving away money on breakfast.the reason most places have cheap breakfast is to get you in to buy something with a higher mark up.At 6-8 in the morning most are willing to pay a little more for something quick and easy.if your at a event you may be the only game in town and the workers that are there are happy to pay a little more for simple and good.Have coffee and caffine colas too.
Rise your breakfast price to 4-5.00 and if you feel bad throw in a 6-8oz coffee with it.
