Anyone do funnel cakes in addition to BBQ? Have seen the funnel cake booths at a number of events we do and they do very well. See a freid piece of dough for $6-$7.

I have a line on some used equipment, so that is what got me thinking about it.

Look forward to your feedback!

Pete

Not in addtion to, but we have a bbq buddy who when he vends, he does funnel cakes.

When he caters (and has a bbq joint at the fairgrounds) he does steak, bbq, etc.

Thanks. We are thinking of adding funnel cakes when we vend to our BBQ. Great ROI on funnel cakes from what I have found.

For us, our cooking area is outside, thus we do not need a hood, etc. We are doing temporary events of 1-3 days, where the HD lets us operate this way.
