Im gonna have to try a version of this recipe. Ive never tried the Maple thing.

Maple Barbecued Chicken

The rich, sweet flavor of maple syrup is want makes this recipe really stand out. Try to get a good quality syrup for the best results. You can heat up the flavor by using a hot chili sauce.

INGREDIENTS:
4 skinless chicken thighs
3 tablespoons maple syrup
3 tablespoons chili sauce
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

My version.

1. Ill marinade overnight my Thighs (with skin) in Itaiian Dressing(or your favorite marinade).

2. Rub dem thighs down with your favorite rub, make sure to get rub under the skin as well .

3. Smoke them thighs to a temp of 160 in the meat.

4. Then put the chicken in an aluminum pan and cover the meat completely with the sauce.

5. Put the pan back on the smoker (for about another hour), till the meat gets up to a temp of 170.

6. Finish the chicken then off over a hot grill , to 180.

YESSSS!! You might double the maple and use it on ribs, turkey, duck brisket any thing. smoke loves maple syrup. Yellow mustard works well also.

The plain chicken that everyone else would have marinated?
