That was the only picture that I got because I didn't plan on posting about it but it turned out so good I thought I would share.

Brined the chicken breast with:
Kosher Salt
Liquid Smoke
Sugar
Honey
Balsamic Vinegar
Water
Orange juice

Seasoned the Breasts with Big Rons HOH

Glazed with homemade glaze:
Orange juice
Honey
Balsamic Vinegar
Apricot preserves
Soy Sauce
Louisiana Hot sauce
Red Pepper flake
Kosher Salt
Garlic
and a little corn starch to thicken it up a little

Cooked to 165 internal, Turned out moist and very good flavor inside and out.

My son was asking for something fruit-glazed this week. Looks like that one is going on this week's menu.
