Yesterday I cold smoked some cheese (Monterey Jack Cheese) & 12 hard boiled eggs. Turned out the cold smoke was a bit to hot for the cheese. Almost ended up with cheese soup ;D but the eggs turned out good.

Well now I had all those smoked eggs so I said hey i'm going to try my version of scotched eggs. So I rolled out some hot sausage meat I had. Put the smoked egg in the center and added some smoked cheddar cheese.
Rolled those baseball size meat eggs in some brown sugar.
After about two hours in the smoker
And the finished product brought to 155 IT. Think most of the cheese ran out >
OH and I almost forgot the money shot
