You do... or if you have a rich, elderly, easily confused relative, you do their shopping for them just before a competition too! Wink Laughing Wink

Get yourself some plain 9" x 9" Styrofoam boxes and either green leaf lettuce, cilantro or curly Parsley, and practice your garnish if you are going to do garnish.

Order your garnish of choice ahead of time, because the day you want it for a contest, will be the same day that everyone else in the neighborhood decides to buy garnish.

If you get to know other teams, you can buy a whore cane of your garnish and get a higher quality for a cheaper price... if you are lucky!

Sorry I only use blind deaf call girls, so a whore cane comes with red spots on it!

Should have been one letter to the right twice, "whole case", when you look at your Qwerty keyboard you are going to think he's not telling the truth, but I use a Dvorak simplified keyboard!

Yah that what I was thinking, but the more I thought about it, the more confused I got out it.
And thanks for straightening me out on the whore cane issue. If I started to try and figure about one more thing........... Confused
