It is a beautiful evening so I grilled up some hotdogs for supper.
While Gram was cutting up a head of cabbage to make slaw for the hotdogs I got an idea.
I took six jalapenos removed the stem and chopped them up in the food processor....seeds and all.
I added salt and pepper and about a 1/4 cup of the cabbage slaw Gram was making and blended it well. I then got the idea to add a tablespoon of bacon grease out of the jar I keep by the stove..melted it and poured it over the jalapeno slaw and blended it again.
I really liked the jalapeno slaw it had a nice fresh flavor and a little heat to boot.
Made a raspberry thingy too for dessert.
Simple meal but full of flavor. All the best.

Jeepdad we can't always go crazy with our cooks. Sometimes a nice relaxing hotdog is needed. _________________ WSM 18.5"

As soon as I read the title I started cracking up. Some how I knew it wasn't going to be that simple. Nice work, Thanks _________________ First Build[/url]
