| Nope, never used one. We normally just put in a pan of hot water to heat it up. |

Nope, my 2 are UPCH-400's.
I've heard to warm them up with a pan of boiling water for 15-20 minutes and then put you HOT food in them. _________________ Gunny 3073/4044/8411
