Does anyone know of any good books focussed on cold-smoking? The only book that I have that deals with it is Karen Putman's Championship BBQ Secrets for Real Smoked Food.

It contains a few recipes for cold-smoked cheese and vegetables, however I am interested in a more comprehensive resource that deals with this subject.
I am especially interested in advice or information regarding using my offset or kettle grill as cold-smokers.

Anything that comes to mind?
