Howdy all,
I'm 23, from Florida. I'm new at BBQ'ing my own food but I come from a strong line of North Carolina BBQ'ers. I recently moved into town and have my own, nice, patio area at the apartment complex where I live; so, I treated myself to my first Brinkmann Smoke'n'Grill (ECB) just like my Grandfather uses.
BBQ isn't my own interest, I also enjoy working on my lawn (well, right now it's just a little area of dirt in the patio), brewing alcohol, and many other things aside.
