Hi Ring members. Great news. I got the green light from my better half to purchase another smoker.
My sights have been set on the WSM for the most part, but I just saw a new product at Tasty Licks and was wondering if anyone has used the EZ Smoker? It's an attachment that turns a standard Weber One-touch into a WSM-like smoker. They are less expensive than the WSM, but I want to go for quality here, to produce the best BBQ possible. There will be some large parties and a couple family reunions to cook for this summer.
Thanks for any feedback.

Get the WSM. And if you already have a kettle, then you can have they both going for different things. The more yard art you have, the better off you are.

x2 on the WSM.
I don't think you would be happy with that add-on. I know I wouldn't.
Doesn't seem like there is much room in it. Only 14.5" tall Shocked

Curtis, I agree get the WSM and never look back.
Then later on ease the Mrs. into the option of hey baby I can get this add on and we can feed an army of guests. Very Happy
Here is another option for an add on if you go that route.

Just Kiddin'.....just a solution for backyard BBQ idjits like me.....

That is great news, Curtis !!
Go w/ the WSM....'cause you can pile up a bunch of stuff in that & use the kettle for finishing......
Not too many dollars more than the add-on, either....
