| I recently got my DBA and talked to a SCORE mentor about financing,business plan , Etc. Someone else told me if I got my fed and state tax number now I have file quarterly or get fined. True ? NY state. |

Same as Pit Boss- talk to your CPA.
As a sole proprietor I (used to) file with my personal taxes yearly.
We have no state income tax so YMMV.
With an EIN you will have to file quarterly. _________________ BBQMAN

Agreed....As a sole proprietor , you only have to file yearly. Once incorporated, you would have to file quarterly.
