I've been lurking as a guest for a few years, just signed up today. Let me say, I've found TONS of excellent information here. Finally time to contribute a little, if I can.
I use a cooker that is about as redneck as they come. Its a home made double barrel cooker...made in about 3 hours with pretty much no materials, and no budget. On my way to building something that seems like a monster to me. I've got a 500 gallon propane tank , and the majority of the flat metal needed to get started. This new endeavor is what brought me back to the smoke ring....

| Justin, Glad you decided to join on in. Looking forward to watching progress of your cooker build. I'd say a 500 gal tank would be a hoss! |
