Thanks for the link!
I've been thinking of putting something together similar here. _________________ BBQMAN

I first saw this in Portland, OR the perimeter of a few downtown parking lots were lined with food carts. When I was in Austin last month, they have a few places in town setup with food trucks also.
I'll be in Orlando in a few weeks, I'll have to check out the food truck scene there. |

Talk about an understatement. If I remember correctly the last count was over 2000 mobile food operations here. Some do actually move around, most stay in one spot. The "trailer parks" usually get around $1000 a month per trailer. Not a bad way to make money off an empty lot. Tons of the gas stations have a vendor in the parking lot, I can think of 9 of the "trailer parks" just off the top of my head.
I was going to do one out of a school bus selling burgers, but the market is flooded. _________________ 22.5 Weber Kettle

As a famous shop owner said back during the alaska gold rush:Why break your back digging gold when you can open a shop and sell the hardware to the fools trying to find gold.I.E.rent/lease/buy a lot and rent the spaces for a trailer park. _________________ Good BBQ is all smoke and beers!

JPM- how about an update please?
I'd also like to know a bit of background on how to get something like this started up in my area.
Put an ad in the paper, Craigslist, start a Facebook page?
I sure would love to have something like this to do on a Friday evening. _________________ BBQMAN
