| Hey there I am looking at picking up the Cookshack 500 on a trailer for my new BBQ business. I was wondering if anyone had any feedback on this unit. |

I've got a FEC500, had it for about 7 weeks now. Nice unit, big. Can handle most any job. The largest load I have had on it so far is 27 racks of spares untrimmed and 64 thighs and a pork loin. Only used 10 racks and didn't fill those up.
Uses more fuel than they say on the web site. At 240 I am going through about 3lbs an hour.
I mounted mine on a car hauler and then added a roof. I am putting a meadow creek grill on the rear and cabinets and counter tops up front.

I'm going to have to get my brother to take some pics for me. Then getting them on here might be another story.
I have the grill to mount, just waiting to get it to my buddies to cut the legs to fit the trailer. The next thing is to get the cabinets made and get some tops on it.
