I am thinking about getting one of these ($18 at Home Depot) and installing two vertical plexiglass dividers for use as my competition wash station. Each compartment would be 13" deep, about 7 1/2" wide and hold approximately six gallons. I would install a drain in each compartment.
I will probably also build a top so it could double as a prep station.
Thoughts?

I have one of those and a 2.6 gal elec hot water heater rigged up to have hot and cold running water in the sink. Works great and is very light for hauling. When I get another plastic table I will cut out hole in center of old one to put sink in. _________________ Walt

Gee! Thanks for that one John.
Huh! now I have to take the one I bought at Lowes back and with the money I get back, instead of having to pay out even more for the materials to make the legs, etc. I will have to drive 5 miles and buy two of those ones you showed us, one for hand washing, one for utensils.
If only you'd posted this up two weeks ago, I could have saved my self the embarasment of having to take it back. _________________ Here's a change Robert.

John, I knew that if we let you hang around here long enough, you would eventually show to everyone that you aren't just a worthless sack of skin...
Fantastic idea/tip...
Thanks... _________________ Dr. Mike

That's what we use along with a Coleman Hot Water on Demand Unit. Works out real well.
Let us see the finished product.
