Hey all, I'm new to the site but I'm really excited to participate in what looks like a really active community. I learned all of my BBQ tricks from my dad which has done me well but I have the burning desire to learn more from my peers. I've mostly used the standard charcoal grill up until about 6 months ago when I finally bought a cheap smoker...that's when the fun started and I've been obsessed ever since.
Happy to be here and looking forward to learning and contributing with the best of them! |
