T-Bone or Ribeye steak, rubbed with Big Ron's In The House
Twice-Cooked Potatoes with Wasabi
or
Grill-Roasted New Potatoes
Asparagus with Sherry-Bacon Vinaigrette
or
Green Beans with Lemon Oil
I have tried all of the above and they are excellent. The recipes can be found on the Weber website.

meat of some kind, potato of some kind, grilled bread and then comsume copious amounts of beer. that sounds like a award winning recipe to me!
In all seriousness--try a beer-can chicken. Drink half a beer and pour a mixture of montreal poultry rub, olive oil and a little more garlic powder into the beer and then stir. The suds are going to rise so make sure you watch out. Season the outside of the chicken with the green cajun seasoning--Tony Cachere, I think--and sit the bird on the can. Cook on a medium fire (offset) until it's done. I always pour the contents of the beer over the chicken after it's done. Amazing stuff. _________________ Jesse Gabbard
