1ST Cook on mini UDS
Just putting them on 10:00
1HR in temp holding great around 250 with 2 vents open
2ND HR in temp still holding
3RD HR took break (Hello)
Little over 4HRS done (Can you believe it no pix)
Got one cook just not grill but still great just the same
(Country style steak/onions/mashed potato/gravy)

Ya JACKY some plate up pics would have been nice. But based on what i see i'm sure everything came out great. That bird looks so peaceful lying there, do you think she knows whats going to be happening to her when she finishes tanning?  _________________ WSM 18.5"

CAPS LOCK IS LIKE SHOUTING!
So seeing as you don't usually shout at us, I corrected it for you this time!
You might wast to stick the therm probe through a hole drilled in a block of wood or a cork, the metal of teh probe in contact with the grate can give you a false higher reading. _________________ Here's a change Robert.
