Good afternoon to the Smoke Ring.

Been following for about a six months and have started to improve my BBQ'ing from all the great advice from the Smoke Ring. Don't get my name wrong, I'm not in the BBQ business, just that Old Timer is already being used so I just added BBQ on. I do small private parties for friends but mostly for myself and family.

I spend time in Tenn. and Texas as my wife and I are retired.
