my sister in law just moved with us for a little bit (not a bad thing YET… LOL) and Its been a while for me to have a “traditional cook”. pictures kinda sucks. I thought I transferred my pics but something happened to them I took pics of everything cooking in the UDS of the prep of the burnt ends and brisket but I cant find them.


Brisket rubbed with EVOO salt, pepper and a little Montreal steak seasoning

All of it looks great Denny, and I like the way you made up the beans! Is that Rotel or your own doing in the bottom?

Montreal Steak seasoning is really good on briskets, but my family doesn't like all the pepper. Sad So I do it for the guys at work so I still get to have it too! Wink

3 cucumbers sliced
1/4 onion thinly sliced
1 tbsp dill
1/2 cup ranch dressing (i like buttermilk ranch)

mix it all up in a bowl
