I'm headed over to the Borinquen Coast Guard Air Station in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico to cook BBQ for the troops with America's Chefs.

Great stuff Garry. What do troops eat these days anyways, or do they eat anything. And also, do they have a sweet tooth or are they into the hot stuff? Laughing

I had a great time yesterday hanging out with the guys from America's Chefs and serving up some great food for the troops. Gorilla, Hodad, Panini Pete and Stretch were on board. On the menu was barbecued ribs, cornbread, chili, Hodo's burgers, panini's, and mahi-mahi tacos. We cooked the ribs on the Caribbean BBQ Association Peoria Custom Cooker. Entertainment was provided by the Jacksonville Jaguars cheerleaders and Phil Stacey from Season 6 of American Idol.
