Can anyone direct me to a website or some other place to get info on MIM. I'm thinking I would like to try this one next year, kind of a 40th B-day present for myself! Thanks Guys!! Twisted Evil

I did my first MIM contest just a few weeks ago. It was different than the IBCA contests I have done. For your location I would suggest the Que'n on the Red in Alexandria LA in March. I will be cooking at that one myself. Go to the MIM contest info page and you can get a link to the contest page. I don't think that have the info up for next year yet but I know it will be in march.
