Hi folks. With the help of some good posts on the Smoke Ring, I made my first batch of Andouille sausage this past weekend. You can look at it and tell it's homemade by a first timer but I am very pleased with the taste of it.
I would like to incorporate some of my Andouille into a side dish for a Christmas party. I am hoping to avoid jambalaya or gumbo. I tried looking at some other websites for ideas but I found very little choices to choose from. But do some of you kind folks have any ideas, or better yet recipes, that you can share with me?
