I have always admired Denny's craftsmanship and style of his Disco. I knew if I ever built one I wanted
his style. Not to long ago Denny gets a hold of me and says you have a disc headed your way. Very Happy
I was speechless to say the least, and very grateful of his kind gesture. Thank You again my Friend.
I hope this one ends up as well as yours.
Very Happy
I am glad Denny had build pics of jeepdad's it helped a lot on the ring fitting.

Here is the finished disc waiting on the burner.

Here is the start of my homemade burner stand, I hope to get some more done this weekend.

Nice k.a.m. ,great job so far......all you welders make jealous. Very Happy I have a brand new 26" disc on the way from N.C. as we speak.Because I know absolutely nothing about welding I'm going to keep it simple and build it in the same style as Southwest Discada, the burner is a different story,I will worry about that when I get that far. Very Happy First I have to find a friend that can weld. Very Happy

Man, I just have to admire trend setters, the pioneers. I admire kind gestures even more. I have several plow discs in my pasture that looked like plow discs until now. Denny's creation is awesome. I am sure this will be too. I think he gifted one to the right guy. Very good so far k.a.m., but, no surprise there. That was a helluva nice gesture KS!

I DO NOT recommend a 3 legged table with a square top! I had a few misshaps today working on one...... Crying or Very sad It was the right size top to work on, but was quite tippy on the 1 leg end!!

Then you need to work over the top of the table... or on the more two logged side, (it must theoretically have one)! Wink Laughing Wink

Thank you roscoe1960, Very Happy I believe this will make a very nice add on to our cooking arsenal. Very Happy

Tony, somethings were meant to have four legs. A welding table may be one of them. Smile I hope your alright my Friend.

Thank You Ernie. Very Happy

Well I am almost finished with the Disco. The rain slowed me way down today but I made a lot of progress
but still have a bit to go.
Here is the start of the burner tube.

A 1/2'' weld on collar over the hole.

By dark thirty I had this.

The 1/2'' burner pipe in the 2''

A 1/16'' hole in the end.

We have lift off. Very Happy

Boiling a little water.
