I put together a simple cold smoke (it's kinda warm) generator this weekend using a stainless water bottle and a new/clean soldering iron. A small handful of wood chips gave plenty of smoke.
I did one pound each of swiss/marble jack/sharp cheddar each chopped into 4oz blocks. I also put a bit of salami/american on for an initial cook snack. I have the cheese vac sealed for a week long mellow period before setting out for Super Sunday.
