| Hi. Came to the site looking for a little help with Pastrami, but love all of the other info. available. Have grilled and smoked for myself, with my buddies, as adult grubmaster with the scouts and tried my hand at a bbq contest too. I really like the restaurant section, as I travel in my job and I am always on the lookout for good bbq! |
