Trying to think of something to cook last night and looking in the fridge for what we already had on hand, the wife and I decided to go with grilled pizzas. Hadn't done that in awhile. Invited my brother over to get him out of the house and cheer him up as the job hunt still isn't going very well for him. We decided to hook the propane up to the gasser and use that so that we could all do our own pizzas at the same time and eat them all together. Didn't take too many pics as I was teaching my bro how to roll out dough and top pizzas.
On the grill, we got mine to the left, the wife's in the middle and my brothers on the right.

Mine was half tri-tip from the other night, mushrooms and onions and half pepperoni and shrooms.

Stacie did an Alfredo sauce on hers again and used Italian sausage, shrooms, onions and tomatoe.

And my brother kept his simple with pepperoni, shrooms and onions. He was so excited he cut his up before I could even get a picture of it.

All in all it was a total success. Not the best pizzas we have ever done, but my brother left in a good mood and very positive. |

Griffin the pizzas look very good. Not enough pizzas going around these days. Thanks for posting. Tell your bro to keep his head high and spirits up. And also to knock on your door when he's hungry. Well done. _________________ WSM 18.5"

Great lookin' pizzas. Now, I'm hungry again...
Your wife's pizza looks like the outline of the State of Mississippi or Missouri. Get busy on the other 49.....
Awe he!!, can ya tell I'm bored, waiting on pork butts to finish? _________________ Gunny 3073/4044/8411

That thread was from awhile ago. You want the grill to be as hot as you can if you are doing thin pizzas.
Here's a link that explains how I made my first batch of pizzas after doing tons of research. Sorry its on another board. I couldn't find it here, don't know why it wasn't posted here.

No problem Griffin, just trying to maintain the consistency, if you see any other threads that have been resurrected I try and hit them all the same.
It would sometimes make more sense to just link back to an old thread, but that doesn't happen as often, as the resurrectionists' drag a whole old thread up! _________________ Here's a change Robert.
