I used link at first , but this is what I learned - I bet the link is clearer...lol
I have a photobucket account - its free. http://photobucket.com/
Upload pics to it
re-size pic to 640 x 480 [ or smaller so SoEzzy doesnt have to remove them]
under or next to pic there will be small boxes with computer mumbo jumbo, click on the lowest one [ img code], it will say "copied" come back to a window like this and right click at the begining of a new line, it will post mumbo jumbo again, but when you hit preview or submit, it will be your pic - like this
be sure to hit enter to ensure cursor is to the left or your pics will be all over the place. _________________ Money Maker

Mr Tony has some good info for you.
If you have a gmail accnt you can simply add picasa to it for free
http://picasaweb.google.com/home
to upload pics just hit the upload button and find where they are on your computer.
Then just open the pic in picasa and on the right hand side you will see a bunch of options.
Click Link to this photo
Check the image only checkbox
Select the image size you wish to share
Then copy the link that picasa provides you.
Then simply type

And you will get the following

Joe, that is a nice pic. At the bottom of your profile page you will see where you can load your Avatar. The pic needs to be re-sized to no more 80 pixels and the file cannot be larger than 6kb. You can link it from your photo bucket but it needs to be checked because you will end up causing a mess with yours and everyones posts because if you make it to large everything will be shifted to the right. _________________ Always remember slow and steady wins the race.
