Said in an Aussie voice from Crocodile Dundee, "No mate, you can't eat them"...
Would be fun though... "Secrets in the sauce"....

| I know this is a little off topic...from the off topic.......uhh....yea....anyways....THanks to all of you guys here on the ring for ideas on my smoker build as well as all of my smokes so far this year....I think a lot of the "younger generation" (i'm 27) is losing sight of low & slow, and I appreciate every comment and suggestion you guys throw out here...Whether or not I put is to use, I put it in the bank to share or for the next cook...I just recently got into smoking, and have realized it it has become a passion of mine...You guys have put in the sweat, the time, and the blood to find out what makes good 'que...for that, I commend all of the Old ringers, and the new alike! Wishing good smoking to everyone this year! Look forward to drooling over some of your cooks!!!!! |

I would like to express my appreciation for everybody on the ring. The guys that have been around as long as dirt as well as the newbies and everyone in between. I've learned a lot here (from old guys and new), made some great friends and have had a lot of fun.
You guys are great and this site ROCKS! _________________ Brinkman Smoke N Pit Pro

Okay... since we're all swaying back and forth in unison,
my barbeque was total crap before starting here last year (now it's just kinda crap).
Seriously... thanks to those that have put up with my questions and occasional disagreeable attitude so that I could learn to cook a style of food that's always eluded me.
I like the idea of a 2010 or younger throw-down.

My cooker never moves off of 225° for the whole cook.
There it is...
I couldn't get it to work because I was using the numbers at top. Use the side ones with the numbers lock on.
See... barbeque AND tech advice. |

I don't remember my # but I'm on the list ; )
besides... is it really a lie if it's so blatantly false? I'm Lucky to keep it within a 40° spread. |

Virginiasmoke and joel are acctualy the only two LIARS that never asked to be on the list, it just seemed appropriate at the time. From what I understand Virginiasmokes's turkey breast has come a long way since he started Qing. |
