Jack Daniels Shadetree Division - white and dark meat chicke

Hey guys, I am competing in the shadetree division at the end of the month in Lynchburg. We have to have white and dark meat chicken. Also we are supposed to have seven portions. Does this mean seven portions of white and seven portions of dark? or a mixture? I do not know who is in control of the contest. This is also my first comp.

You picked a small one to start with, huh?

If you can manage to get 7 pieces of each in the box that would be ideal. If you only did a combination of 7 total, you run the risk of a judge not getting the kind they would prefer.
