Funny you should say that, because I have a propane wok rig that I use practically the same way as folks are using discos and was wondering the same thing.

BTW, I got the latest Agri Supply catalog today and they have discos on the back cover. Coincidence, or is the craze spreading? Laughing

Edited to correct a typo.

Whitey - Nice disc. That is the classic design that I'm used to seeing around here. Looks like you made a great first run on it too.

killswitch505 - This is all your fault. You started a new disco fever. Count me in for a TD as soon as you get mine finished.

Bring it catfish!

Geronimo. woks are welcome!

BigOrson, bring it on and jump in! I would think the reason the Agri Supply catalog has the discs is they know farmers are preparing for the early spring planting of crops. Just my 02. I hope you jump in I look forward to whatever you cook my friend.

What kind of music do you play when you're cooking on those? Wok and Roll? Wink

I've gotten pretty good at doing Teriyaki Chicken, Fried Rice, and grilled veggies like the folks at Benihana, but it's tough on a stove. Wink
